2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely communication, and all required materials necessary for project completion.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing approvals in a timely manner

  • Supplying logos, assets, credentials, and brand materials

  • Ensuring you have rights to any content submitted to us

  • Reviewing deliverables before publication or launch

Delays caused by missing client materials or communication may affect timelines.

3. Payments & Billing

All invoices are due according to the payment terms listed on the invoice or agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Work may pause on overdue invoices

  • Final deliverables may be withheld until payment is completed

  • Late payments may incur additional fees

Bluebonnet Bureau reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of creative and marketing services, all sales are generally final.

Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun. Any approved refund is issued solely at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Bluebonnet Bureau retains ownership of all drafts, concepts, unreleased materials, templates, workflows, AI systems, and creative processes

  • Final approved deliverables become licensed to the client upon full payment

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, presentations, advertising, and case studies

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of unreleased concepts or internal systems.

6. Social Media & Advertising Disclaimer

Marketing performance varies based on market conditions, algorithms, ad spend, audience behavior, competition, and external factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific revenue

  • Viral performance

  • Follower growth

  • Media coverage

  • Advertising results

  • Search engine rankings

Any examples or case studies shown are illustrative only and do not guarantee future outcomes.

7. Content & Media Rights

By submitting photos, videos, logos, audio, text, or other content to Bluebonnet Bureau, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it

  • The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

  • You grant us permission to edit, publish, reproduce, and distribute the content for the intended project

8. SMS & Email Communications

By submitting your phone number or email to Bluebonnet Bureau, you consent to receive:

  • Service updates

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Marketing communications

  • Promotional offers

  • Project notifications

Message and data rates may apply.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or unsubscribing from emails.

9. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not intentionally disclose sensitive business information unless:

Clients also agree not to disclose proprietary internal processes, pricing structures, workflows, automation systems, or confidential materials belonging to Bluebonnet Bureau.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluebonnet Bureau shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect damages

  • Data loss

  • Platform bans or account restrictions

  • Advertising losses

  • Third-party software failures

  • Delays caused by vendors or external platforms

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms including but not limited to:

  • Google

  • YouTube

  • Canva

  • OpenAI tools

  • Advertising networks

We are not responsible for outages, suspensions, policy changes, algorithm updates, or actions taken by these platforms.

12. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided for planning purposes only and may change depending on:

  • Revision requests

  • Client responsiveness

  • Scope changes

  • Technical issues

  • Vendor or platform delays

13. Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project scope.

Excessive revisions, redesign requests, or major scope changes may result in additional charges.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time in writing.

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding balances become immediately due

  • Completed work remains property of Bluebonnet Bureau until paid in full

  • Ongoing access to systems or deliverables may be revoked

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Texas.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
